Malte Gather, Chairman of the Supervisory Board

I am Malte Gather, Chairman of the Supervisory Board at TEMA and Director of the Humboldt Centre for Nano- and Biophotonics at the University of Cologne. I am passionate about technology, science, and progress. My research has received numerous awards, including the Alexander von Humboldt Professorship and the Advanced Grant from the European Research Council. Together with my brother Milan, I continue to lead TEMA, the life’s work of our father.

Edwin Eichler, Member of the Supervisory Board

I am Edwin Eichler, a member of the Supervisory Board at TEMA. After studying computer science at the University of the Bundeswehr in Neubiberg, my career led me to Bertelsmann, then to the Executive Board of ARVATO AG, and later to Thyssenkrupp. Today, I serve on several supervisory boards, including SGL Carbon and as Chairman of SMS Group. Additionally, I have been working as an independent business consultant in various industries since 2013.
