In this exciting role, you will:
- Develop and implement cross-channel social media strategies together with your team — always data-driven and performance-oriented
- Manage, optimize, and scale national and international campaigns across multiple platforms, including budget planning, forecasting, and targeted reporting
- Analyze existing campaign structures, conduct A/B testing, and strategically refine audience targeting as well as funnel setups
- Take ownership of the content perspective within the paid sector — from identifying relevant UGC trends and briefing suitable creators to evolving our performance creative strategy
- Keep a close eye on platform innovations and market trends, deriving optimization opportunities and actively shaping the further development of our paid social approach
- Lead and coordinate the web team (Typo3/WordPress, REDAXO)
What You Bring to the Table
- A completed degree in marketing, social media, communications, media management, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally 4–5 years of professional experience in social media, with in-depth knowledge of the Meta advertising platform
- Confident handling of ad managers, strong analytical skills, and a clear performance focus
- An independent and structured way of working, paired with a strategic mindset
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, enabling you to contribute effectively in an international environment
- Leadership experience that rounds off your profile

Als Kongress-/Projektmanager
- übernimmst du Aufgaben im Bereich Event- und Veranstaltungsmanagement.
- Du planst sowohl virtuelle als auch real stattfindende Events selbstständig und wickelst diese mit dem Projektteam ab.
- Du entwickelst neue Marketing- und Vertriebsstrategien und setzt diese um.
- Du akquirierst aktiv Fachreferenten, Sponsoren, Aussteller und Teilnehmer.
- Du koordinierst die Programmerstellung für Kongresse, Events und Seminare.
- Du bist erste/r Ansprechpartner/in für Agenturen sowie Schnittstelle zu internen und externen Dienstleistern.
- Die Verwaltung des Projektbudgets und das Monitoring des Projektstatus runden das spannende Aufgabengebiet ab.

Deine Qualifikationen
